Accommodation Options
Accommodation is being held at the following hotels. We recommend you book at least 60 days prior to the conference as hotels require unsold rooms to be released prior to the conference. Within 60 days of the conference you will need to contact these hotels directly to check room availability and rates. The rates below are per room, per night and do not include breakfast, unless otherwise specified.

Bookings
The online registration form allows you to book accommodation. You need to provide credit card details, which will be forwarded to the hotel to guarantee your booking. Please email us your accommodation requirements if you have already registered for the Conference. 

Extended Bookings
Please mail@conferencedesign.com.au if you wish to extend your accommodation booking before or after the Conference.

Changes and Cancellations
For any rooms cancelled within 30 days a minimum cancellation fee equal to one night’s accommodation will be charged. No shows and early departures will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to the total nights cancelled or reduced. Please mail@conferencedesign.com.au any date changes or cancellations.

 Payment
Accommodation and incidental expenses need to be settled using a credit card when you check out. You can arrange to pay your accommodation using a third-party credit card, e.g. a colleague’s work credit card, by completing the Credit Card Authorisation form (please links in the hotel description) and sending it to your confirmed hotel 30-days prior to the conference. Please email us if you wish to be invoiced for your accommodation with your registration. Any pre-payments made to Conference Design will be forwarded to your hotel. Pre-payments need to be received 30 days prior to the conference.

Early Check-in Requests
Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability on the day and cannot be confirmed by Conference Design. You can enter special requests for early check-in in the “Special Requests” field of your reservation. The hotel will do its best to accommodate your request on the day. Please enquire about the status of your request at the front desk upon check-in.
